Refunds & Exchanges
Orders received in a damaged or defective condition have an option of return, if a minor work cannot be done. For products that are damaged, we will require a POD copy of the courier with 'Damage Remarks' to proceed further.
Orders that are extensively customised that are not eligible for our return policy, unless found to be Damaged or Defective.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that's been damaged in transit or is defective, we're happy to set up a prompt replacement. Please contact us upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.
